Quantify Achievements

Use Action Verbs
Start each bullet point with a powerful action verb. Words like "spearheaded," "optimized," "launched," and "transformed" convey leadership and initiative far more effectively than "responsible for."
Tailor for Each Job
Customize your resume for every application. Mirror the language and keywords from the job description. A tailored resume can increase your callback rate by 50% or more.
Keep It to 1–2 Pages
For most professionals, one page is ideal. Senior roles with 10+ years of experience may warrant two pages. Every line should earn its place — remove outdated or irrelevant information.
